ABOUT OUR COMPANY-

EXPAT PROPERTIES OSAKA (Fully furnished, no key money accommodation of foreigners and Japanese)

Samantha's story-

After my own struggle with trying to find clean, convenient, no key money accommodation in Osaka (which was allot more difficult in 1999 then it is now!), I decided to solve the problem and buy my own properties to rent to foreigners. I purchased 4 apartments in 2006, followed by an apartment building in 2007. I was able to make these apartments into something that had been difficult to find. SUPER clean, convenient locations, fully furnished with everything (even the coat hangers!), bi-lingual support (Jap/Eng) and contracts in easy to understand English (or Japanese if that's your native language).

Established in 2006, Expat properties Osaka is now one of the leading providers of fully furnished apartments for foreigners in Osaka. We don't require key money or a Japanese guarantor, just a one month fully refundable deposit. We have properties in Juso, Shin Osaka, Ebisucho and Higashimikuni. As these properties are owned by us, we can be flexible with the terms. We also rent out properties that are owned by another real estate agent. These properties are located in Kamishinjo and are partially furnished.

In 2008, we plan to purchase more properties in convenient locations to rent out (we will purchase several houses, 2 bedroom apartments and shops),

We will also open another Expat Resort in Osaka.

Established in 2004, Rising Sun enterprises became a registered company in Japan in 2007. We import items like-

European style furniture

We have a showroom in Ebisucho where we sell these products.

We also buy old or run-down properties, use our building materials to renovate them into luxury, European style properties, then sell them.

In 2008, we plan to buy and sell several apartments and houses, and use our building materials to renovate them; which are much different compared with the Japanese style materials.

PROPERTY PURCHASE

We are always looking for cheap properties to buy, (both renovated and not renovated-the more run-down the better!) so if you have a property located in or around Osaka (we will also consider other locations in Japan or Australia, especially around Brisbane and Melbourne) that you need to sell quickly, we may be interested. We will consider anything for the right price! House, apartment, land, shop, warehouse/factory etc.We have cash available now for the right properties.
